Papaya King offers chili as a topping for its hot dogs but I have no idea how good the chili is. But it%26#39;s a NYC ';institution'; and the prices are great!

I found Nathan%26#39;s chili Dogs a bit disappointing. Would really love to try out Crif.

We have great chili dogs in Raleigh,NC......can%26#39;t necessarilty hold a candle to the other activities/food, etc offered in NYC but can sure %26#39;nuf offer great hot dogs!!!
