LGA to Catskills, Easiest White Castle to stop at?

Hi. We are going from LGA towards Kingston via the 87. Anyway, it looks like

Yonkers (257 S. Broadway Yonkers,NY 10705) AND

Nanuet (136 W. Rte. 59 Nanuet,NY 10954)

locations are sort of near the 87. We are looking for an easy/quick location to grab a bite on our way towards the Catskills.
