When booking coaches online on Greyhound.com the website states some stops have limited services-which includes no ticketing service and no baggage service.
I understand this to mean there is no office/building to check our luggage in early. Is this correct?
Do we arrive at the bus stop and the driver loads our suitcases on the bus? Can we still travel with luggage?
Greyhound are slow to reply-probably laughing at my ignorance!!
Thanks.

Check your luggage? Uhh, don%26#39;t expect that at any Greyhound stop. YOU carry your luggage to the bus and the driver will load it on.
Greyhound in general is NOT a good way to travel. Where you are going? Have you checked
megabus.com
boltbus.com
I think Greyhound owns one of these.

It means the bus just pulls up at the side of the road, or outside a convenience store, and you get on. The driver does not exit the bus.
Generally in small rural towns where there is a bus stop, there is no ticketing or luggage service, you have to buy your ticket from the driver,i traveled Greyhound from BOS-ATL many times back in the day and i saw this a lot, most likely you will be going to bus station, but we can get a better feed if you let us know where you are going, like NYwhiz post there are other services on the Northeast corridor like Bolt bus which is the sister of Greyhound and Mega Bus.
