Best bet is to use someone in your home town that you trust, I think.

Definitely go to Damone%26#39;s. He has a salon in NYC and LA. Him and his team are great.

Robin Narvaez is ';famous'; as an eyebrow shaper. Last I knew she was working at Salon Eli煤t Rivera 762 Madison Ave. %26amp; 65th St. (small building-ring the outdoor buzzer and use the elevator to the 5th floor) tel. 212-472-3440. You must make an appt. I don%26#39;t think she%26#39;s there every day. If you go here, check out MarieBelle chocolate shop in the same building (2nd floor).
