I tweak itineraries

Run yours by me; I%26#39;m good at grouping things together in terms of geography. That is, if five stores are walking distance and one is two miles away from the rest, I%26#39;ll let you know.

Likewise:

Central Park items

museums

theaters

restaurants

hotels

Stan

I tweak itineraries

do you have any advice about the today show concert series?

specifically how many people camp out at them, what its like, etc???

I tweak itineraries

Kelly, The Today Show is wildly popular. Too popular. In order to get near Al Roker%26#39;s fence, you have to be there at 6:30 AM. Then you%26#39;re standing until 9 AM hoping to be on TV.

CBS TV has reached out to GANYC, the Guide Association of NYC, to bring people to The Early Show, which typically only has a small crowd in attendance. They offer coffee and doughnuts, autographs/group pictures with celebrities on the show that day, etc. to sweeten the deal.

To get started, take the A or C train (blue line) to the High Street stop, which is one stop outside of Manhattan. The first stop on our tour is Grimaldi%26#39;s. To get there, from High St, walk north 125 yards on Cadman Plaza East (The first street you should pass is Sands St.) Take a left onto Prospect St and go another 100 yards. Turn right on to Old Fulton St. you%26#39;ll find Grimaldi%26#39;s at 19 Old Fulton St.

Simply walk further down Fulton Street (toward the water) to get to the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory. At the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory, you can savor some great ice cream while you enjoy the view of the Manhattan skyline.

To get to the Brooklyn Bridge Promenade, walk back up Old Fulton Street toward Grimaldi%26#39;s. Take a left onto Cadman Plaza West, and you%26#39;ll see signs for the promenade. Enjoy the view!

The Brooklyn entrance to the walkway can be accessed from a staircase at Prospect Street and Cadman Plaza East or a ramp at Johnson and Adams Streets, just adjacent to the Brooklyn Federal Court Building and the High Street station on the A train.
