I want to check this out when I%26#39;m in NY by myself, but I have a reservation; it seems like its just for kids, is it?

I%26#39;ve never heard of it until your post. The website does look like it%26#39;s geared for kids but if something there is of interest to you, what difference does it make? In case anyone else is also clueless like me

LOL, it sounds fun, but if it will be like hundreds of kiddies, teachers, parents and litle old me, I might give it a miss.

What appeals to you about it?

I have been to the hall of science with the school I teach in. It is interesting but definately more for kid%26#39;s. I actually hated it and couldn%26#39;t wait for it to be over with, but that%26#39;s me because it isn%26#39;t my thing.

Mainly the interactive stuff (lol, that makes me sound like a kid)

The science bit sounds good, smart :)

If I don%26#39;t do it, do you have any other suggestions?

If you still decide to go to Queens and go to the hall of science to check it out you could spend a day in Flushing meadow park.

Not sure when you are going to visit, but sundays between 10 and 11 are free from September to June. There are also some times late Friday afternoons that are also free. Check out their website. We take the kids there a lot. It is more for kids than adults, but we also have fun. We watched them dissect a cows eye a few weeks ago...creepy!
