Wow! We just returned from a 3 day weekend in Ithaca, and had a wonderful time. The annual festival was new for us, and it was amazing. So many things to see and do, and continual performances by some really great bands. We especially liked the Cajun music. The historical walking tour was fun and well done, and the silent movie fest at the beautiful State theater was such a treat! The only downside at all was poor parking at the Stewart Park venue. Our stay at the Grayhaven Hotel turned out to be beyond expectations. Very helpful people and a nice breakfast too. All this, plus the usual hiking, falls and gorges. A great getaway!
