I won't be in NYC for July 4th this year :(

This will be the first time July 4th in 4 years I haven%26#39;t spent in NYC. I may have withdrawal! On the bright side though, I will be spending that time in Puerto Rico basking in the sunshine and drinking rum, so I guess I%26#39;ll live. :) I will miss NYC this year though.

LOL 鈥?most New Yorkers I know are upset if they WILL be in town on the 4th. I think most of us would rather be on a beach somewhere.

When you鈥檙e in PR see if you can make it out to Culebra 鈥?I spent a week there last year and it was a little slice of paradise. I can鈥檛 wait to make it back.

I was in Mexico City last year... Will be here this year, as of now. I can hopefully see the fireworks from my roof!

I%26#39;ll be wrapped in a blanket, sitting on the sand, sipping from a bottle of something at Thumpertown Beach in Eastham on Cape Cod watching the fireworks over Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. (I have to check to see when they%26#39;re going off this year.)

brooklyn - we are staying on that side of the island (Wyndham Rio Mar), and have plans to visit Culebra as well as Vieques.

I allways goto Philly for the 4th.
