God Of Carnage Tickets

Hi

I want to go and see God of Carnage when I%26#39;m in New York (15th-17th June). Broadwaybox has discount tickets until 7th June, and I%26#39;ve been waiting until after that to see if a new discount starts.

However, I%26#39;ve just seen its been nominated for loads of Tony Awards and am now wondering if there will be no more discount tickets, and if all tickets may sell out soon.

Does anyone know how well tickets have been selling so far?

And also, what are the tickets like in the back corner of the mezzanine? These are the cheapest, but is it a restricted view or anything?

The Tony%26#39;s are on June 7 so it%26#39;s no accident the current discount only goes til then. If you really want to see the show, buy tickets now. I think even if it doesn%26#39;t win for best play, one or more of the actors will win and it may not have a discount for your dates. The show regularly sells out.

Before I do, what are these Standing Room tickets that they sell when it seels out? Are there many of them? And do you just stand at the back?

Yes, you just stand behind the last row of seats. When I say the show regularly sells out, some of those numbers were 97%, 98%. So if every seat is not sold, it%26#39;s possible they might not sell standing room.

I saw God of Carnage in May.

We sat at the back of the mezzanine - 2nd row from back at the far right corner.

The theatre is compact enough and we had no problem seeing the stage or hearing.

And, yes, I would recommend the show but I do love J Gandolfini.

Booked my tickets, Row F in the centre of the Mezzanine. Happy enough with that.

Tickets are very expensive, but how often do you get to see actors like that in the flesh?
