Avenue Q tickets

Hi all,

I%26#39;ll be in town July 23-26 and I%26#39;m contemplating seeing this show on Sat 25. Dying to see it, just a matter of finding the time to see it. I just checked broadwaybox.com and they currently show two discount offers, one for shows thru end of June and the other for shows thru July 10.

My question is, will they likely offer a discount for the time frame I need? In other words, do they offer discount tickets for this show at all times, I just can%26#39;t purchase them until closer to the date I want?

I would say it is highly likely the show will be discounted in the period you ask about.

When we saw it last year (second week in July) the TKTS booth had a *lot* of tickets spare, and the theatre was only about two thirds full.

Presumably it%26#39;ll be the same this year, so discounts shouldn%26#39;t be a problem.

We saw it a week ago - the theatre looked like it was sold out?

I guess it%26#39;s hard to know how many of those seats were discounted though *shrug*
