I get them one ';square'; down, at Maui Taco. It%26#39;s a block east of Herald Square and a block south of the Empire State Building, on Fifth between 33rd and 32nd. They make a nice plate of cheese nachos with sour cream and guacamole in their places on top, for about five dollars.
