just to let you know we%26#39;re all off to bed shortly as we will be getting up at 5.30 am.

Our flight leaves Edinburgh at 9.25 so you can expect to see us in NYC around about lunchtime(US time)

Here is our loose itinery

MON --Buy subway passes.Arrive hotel around about 2pm hopefully---chuck bags in room- go out,soak in some of the atmosphere before city lights cruise at 6.30 EAT then ESB

TUES--my wife and daughters are hitting the shops--I am going to wander aimlessly around Meatpacking--%26gt;Greenwich--%26gt;NOHO---wherever my feet take me.

I might take in local hostelry or two as the ladies intend shopping AAAAALLLLL DAY.

WED--We are going to walk down BROADWAY from COLUMBUS CIRCLE, we have a tour of FEDERAL RESERVE at 3.30 after which we head right back uptown to YANKEE STADIUM for game against Texas Rangers

THURS--Along 42nd St taking in Grand Central/BRYANT PARK /LIBRARY/UN.

Hopefully we%26#39;ll get tickets for the theatre at night

FRI--heading back downtown CHINATOWN/ LES/ TENEMENT MUSEUM at 3.00pm-probably more shops too.

SAT--UNION SQ./HELL%26#39;S KITCHEN ---- MANHATTAN BRIDGE WALK to BROOKLYN and back over BROOKLYN BRIDGE at sunset.

SUN --Walk up Broadway across to AMNH then into CENTRAL PARK --We%26#39;ll see where our feet take us

MON --NOTHING PLANNED our flight home is at night so we have till around 5pm

We are soooooooooooooo excited
