I%26#39;m meeting up with some friends in Montauk in August.

I%26#39;m considering flying into JFK, hopping on the AirTrain to Jamaica station, and then taking the LIRR from Jamaica to Montauk. Anyone advise against doing this? Flights into West Islip are too expensive.
